Library Partners with Adirondack Community Trust

In November 2009 the library established the Sherman Free Library Endowment Fund with the Adirondack Community Trust (ACT).  The fund facilitates private giving and helps to build a strong financial base for the future of the library.  The Sherman Free Library Endowment Fund is a vehicle for a non-profit organization to establish an endowment fund within ACT.

ACT provides investment and management expertise allowing the library board to focus on the core mission of the library.

Contribuitions to the Sherman Free Library Fund are accepted on an ongoing basis.  For more information contact Cali Brooks at 518-523-9904.
