Book Discussion Group

The Library book group is actively looking for new members to join us for what is a fun monthly discussion.  Meetings are on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 5-6pm at the library and all are welcome.  Please contact the library to request a book if you want to join this group.

Annual Wine and Cheese Event - June 3, 2017

The Friends of Sherman Free Library will host its annual wine and cheese tasting on June 3, 2017 at the library.  Once again, the Celotti Wine and Spirits shop will provide a fine selection of white and red wines for the gathering.  Tickets can be purchased at the library for $15 in advance, or $20 at the door.


Book Sales and Donations

The Sherman Free Library's annual book sales take place this year on Champ Day, July 23, and Labor Day weekend,   Saturday, September 2, 2017 

Donations of clean used books will be accepted starting in May for the next sale.  Please bring your donations during normal library hours.

Donations of recent best sellers are also welcome and may be used for library circulation.
